🩷 CYCLE BARN COMMUNITY — I’M ASKING FOR YOUR SUPPORT! 🩷

One thing I have always loved about our little community is how we show up for one another when it matters most. ❤️

A dear member of our community Denise Szezorak Stevens sister, Marian, was diagnosed earlier this year with Stage 4, Grade 3, triple-negative breast cancer. Her sister is participating in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk on October 18th in her honor and to help raise money for the American Cancer Society. 🎀

When someone you love is fighting cancer, you want to do anything you possibly can to help—and this is one way we can surround this family with some extra love and support.

I have these flyers posted at the studio with a QR code that will take you directly to her fundraising page. If you are able to donate, no amount is too small. Every donation helps support people affected by breast cancer and the ongoing fight against this disease. 🩷

And if donating isn’t something you can do right now, simply sharing this post, sending some love, or even joining the walk is another beautiful way to show your support.

Please take a moment to review the schedule changes for the upcoming month!

🗓️ Starting this Friday, Wednesday and Friday morning classes will begin at 9:15 AM.

We’re also working on bringing back Wednesday classes at 6 PM, with just two planned for October the 7th & 21st.

We can’t wait to see you in class!

Cycle Barn Studio is looking for a CERTIFIED SPIN INSTRUCTOR to join our team as a 6 AM substitute with potential to get a perm schedule weekly! 🚴‍♀️🔥

We are specifically looking for someone who has:

⏰ 6:00 AM availability
🚴 A current Spin/Indoor Cycling Certification
⚡ High energy & a motivating personality
🎶 The ability to create fun, challenging rides
❤️ A passion for fitness & building community
🙌 Flexibility to help cover additional 6 AM classes when needed

This is a substitute position, with TUESDAY 6 AM availability being our biggest need right now!

If you’re certified, reliable, energetic and would love to bring your own style to the Cycle Barn community, I’d love to hear from you!

THIS is what consistency looks like! 👏🏼🔥

Lorri walked through the doors of Cycle Barn Studio for the first time on 11/21/2025, and LOOK 👏🏼 AT 👏🏼 HER 👏🏼 NOW!

The physical transformation is incredible, but what makes me even prouder is knowing how much hard work, dedication, and consistency went into getting here. Lorri continues to show up, put in the work, challenge herself, and somehow ALWAYS manages to be there when I need an extra set of hands at the studio too. 😂❤️

Lorri, I hope you look at these two photos and realize just how freaking far you’ve come. You SHOULD be proud of yourself because I know I am! 🥹

And the best part?! This is only the beginning. 🔥💪🏼 There’s so much more to come, and I can’t wait to watch you continue to get stronger and crush your goals!

This one goes out to the cousin duo, Kristine & Michelle! ❤️💪🏼

These two have been part of the Cycle Barn Studio community for quite some time now, and one of my favorite things is watching them continue to show up together! 🥹

If you’ve ever been in a class with Kristine and Michelle, you already know there is NEVER a shortage of laughs, jokes, or comments coming from their corner 😂🤣 But when it’s time to work, they WORK! They show up, get their fitness in, push each other, and somehow manage to have the best time while doing it!

And honestly, THAT is what I want Cycle Barn to be about. ❤️ Yes, we’re here to get stronger, sweat, challenge ourselves, and work toward our goals—but we should also be able to laugh, have fun, and actually enjoy the people we’re doing it with!

Kristine & Michelle, THANK YOU for continuing to choose my small business as your place to work out together. Thank you for your laughs, your support, your loyalty, and for being such a fun part of this crazy little community I’ve built. 🥹❤️

Rebecca Howard Enos brought all the details for her FULL class at 6 PM tonight! Spin & Strength is a class that offers the best of both worlds 🚲💪🏼 you spend a short period of class on the bike and the rest off training your full body! It’s a class I would highly recommend to anyone looking 👀 for some cardio and weight training!!!
