Owning a small business is NO joke. You get to experience all of it—the good, the bad, and sometimes… the ugly. 😂 It’s inevitable.
Sometimes you meet people who only want to tell you how badly you suck without actually saying it, or how you ask too much of them by not really asking a lot, or let you know why or when you’re doing things wrong. And then, you get the people who thank you for changing their lives… the ones who continue to show up with a smile on their face, do anything and everything they can to help your instructors plan their classes, class after class, simply because they’re so happy to be part of something special. ❤️
And honestly? Those people make it all worth it. Owning a business doesn’t mean you can have a constant rainbow 🌈 or greatness- you have to be ready for the downs, know how to handle them and how to be above them!
Regardless of the downs, the ups will ALWAYS outweigh them. I’ll continue to pour my heart into this place, keep showing up, and create the kind of community that makes people feel like they belong.
Here’s to another great week embracing the people who truly get me, believe in what I’m building, and continue to show up. 🖤❤️
