SZN 2… Are You Ready?
We want to send a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out for our 2026–2027 Company Team Auditions!
We are incredibly grateful for the turnout, the energy, the courage, the focus, and the heart each dancer brought into the room. Watching dancers step outside their comfort zones, support one another, and share their love of dance is what this process is all about.
The audition process isn’t over just yet! Our Part 2 Intensive Week kicks off next week and is designed to help us observe dancers beyond a single audition day. We’ll be focusing on technique, performance, teamwork, leadership, confidence, and what it means to be part of our K&J family. Look out for an email this weekend!

Round 1 of Company Auditions begins tonight for dancers ages 9–13! ✨
Good luck to everyone joining us this evening!
Remember, we are not looking for perfection. We want to see you and your unique love of dance. Is it the way music moves you? The way you express yourself? The joy, confidence, or freedom you feel when you move?
We’re also paying attention to how you approach the audition process:
⭐ Are you on time, prepared, and ready to go?
⭐ Are you open to learning and trying new things?
⭐ Are you listening to details and directions?
⭐ Are you supportive of the dancers around you?
⭐ Can you celebrate someone else’s moment and use it to inspire your own best effort?
Technique and skills can be developed along the way. Passion, character, work ethic, and heart are where the fire begins.
Take a deep breath, trust yourself, and enjoy the experience. We’re excited to see what makes each of you shine and we’re rooting for you every step of the way 🩵
