This season, we’re offering multiple training options designed to meet athletes where they are, whether they’re building fundamentals, learning a new event, or getting ready for their upcoming season.

Our spring programs include:
• Track & Field FUN!damentals (ages 10–14)
• Pole Vault FUN!damentals (ages 10-14)
• Open Pole Vault training (ages 13-18) 
• 1:1 coaching for personalized support

Each program is structured, coach-led, and intentionally designed to build confidence, consistency, and long-term development. Spots are limited to maintain quality coaching and athlete safety.
