Classes are about to resume. Seasonal from May through September, Mondays and Thursdays at 5:45 pm. Meet at the corner of Lakeside and Eastshore in Reno by Virginia Lake. Classes are open to everyone, especially those with physical disabilities.

Teaching Tai Chi is my life's passion as well as my side job. You may have seen me on tv. I have been doing this for anyone and everyone for more than 25 years. especially if you are facing physical challenges just like me. I have an open class every evening by Virginia Lake Monday thru Friday at 5:30pm and will thru the end of October or you can call me and arrange a private class as usual I only charge whatever you think is fair. RENO TAI CHI:
Tai Chi is a beautifully layered form of exercise. It promotes healing and adds value to every pursuit spiritual or physical.
I have trained for 35 years and been teaching for more than 20.
I currently teach everyday Monday thru Saturday at 5:45pm near the corner of Eastshore and Lakeside. Every class is open to everybody and the cost is whatever makes you comfortable.

Spring Tai Chi classes
Each class will include stretching and balance exercise;
breathing and meditation.
Some Chi Gong as well as learning the form itself.
Class will meet at the corner of East Shore and Lakeside over by Virginia Lake. My tattoos and red beard make me easy to find.
Class starts on Monday April 12th at 5:45pm Each class takes about 45 mins.
You can start anytime and can set your own weekly schedule. I will be there every single day.
Class fees: What you can afford and what you think is reasonable.
My emphasis is entirely you learning this healthy and beautiful art.

I got my vaccine. I am now totally safe. I would love to teach you tai chi or be your personal trainer. Medical issues suck and doing rehab is hard. I know because i had 4 major strokes and open heart surgery but I also know you can get better and that doing tai chi can really help. Let me teach you. I trained for more than 30 years. you can donate whatever you can afford. We can do one on one or small classes. You can donate whatever you can afford. You can do this. I can help.
