In this unique and nontraditional experience you'll enjoy original beginner friendly classes in candlelight on extra padding rented in a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy. Come try our Level 1 or Level 2 class with your first class being free. In Level 1 we will go into a detailed sequence to help you practice safely and find modified poses if necessary to help meet your needs while allowing you to grow

Partner Warrior 3 Pose, in between hiking & playing in nature as we explore the beauty of yoga in the outdoors. As a yoga teacher interested in leading students to outdoor events and retreats it is these special moments of exploring our imaginations and being creative that fuel my desire to spread my love for yoga. With your own body and mind you can release unwanted energy when you feel overwhelmed. The same, you can do to give yourself energy when you're feeling down or tired.

Understanding the movements of yoga and how they benefit you at any given time is in itself a superpower. And enjoying good company in the process is an added bonus.

Warrior 3 stretches our hamstrings and glutes while building strength in our legs, back, and abdomen. This fun balancing pose also gives our stabalizer muscles a decent challenge and is helpful to find a helping hand or have a wall nearby if you're in the process of improving your balance.
