Got everything right except ONE baseball game. I stupidly trusted Phillies to actually hit the ball.

After getting my butt whooped the last couple days on Overs, but picking the winning team as usual, I decided NOT To do Overs on my main bets anymore, haha.

Pirates Win, Pirates -1.5 (doesn't make sense it's only a -120. should be 10-2 at least.
Cubs win, Cubs -1.5 (ONLY thing that makes me nervous is this crazy prospect starting for A's. He's thrown like 46 fast balls at 100MPH out of 64 pitches in his last minor game, crazy. Don't take First 5 for that reason.).
Bruins Win (ugh, it's weird but something is telling me to back this up)

Haven't posted my picks the last two days but I have recorded them on my bets and will show. Thursday was another KILLER day, while Friday I took my first loss going 1-2 on my main picks. Thankfully made most my money back with the help of some Inplay -4.5, -6.5, -7.5, Over 18.5 bets in the A's, Mets game.

Over 6.5 in Sharks game (nervous cause it's the Flames goalies first start, and he's been killer in AHL). Rays Over 8.5

(I'd do the same thing with a small backup on Blackhawks covering the +1.5 instead of Penguins -1.5)

It's a good start so far, except Islanders are getting whooped 3-0 end of 1st period.
Just did a INPLAY bet of Islanders +2.5 for $100, at a +125. I'd expect Islanders to come out better in the 2nd period.
Also since I may lose the Islanders bet, I'm doing another parlay of:
Wild Win, Kraken Win, Angels Over 10. +259
AND
Wild -1.5, Kraken -1.5, Angels Over 10: +670

Todays Picks for 4/10/2023

Dallas Stars AT Detroit Redwings:
This game really should be a good win for the Stars. They are only TWO points behind the Av’s for first place in the Central Division. This game is HUGE to them. The ONLY scare for me is that Red Wings have scored 19 goals in their last 5 games. BUT, Dallas has a great defense with a +58 differential, AND only allowing 10 goals in their last 5 games, compared to Detroit allowing 20 Goals.
I do like Stars to win, and could always take them at a -1.5 BUT, I would advise the ML win on at least one of your parlays just incase they only win by 1. Can’t tell you how many parlays I’ve lost by my team winning, but only by 1.

Seattle Kraken AT Arizona Coyotes:
Kraken’s goaltending has been getting better, and their scoring has remained hot. Arizona’s Goalie has allowed over 15 goals his last three games. Seattle is still fighting for a high seed, so they should take this game seriously.

Islanders AT Washington:
Not a big fan of betting on Islanders. They seem to be a team I normally get wrong, but they’ve been money for me their last two games. They are facing elimination, so this game is huge to them. Washington has been playing bad hockey. The goalie in net is Sorkin vs Kuemper. Kuemper has been bas as of late, allowing 14 goals in his last three games. Islanders have been amazing on defense and great on offense as of late. I’m going with the desperate team that’s been playing great.

Wild AT Chicago:
I almost wanted to put this in my Risky Bet column. Wild haven’t been able to score much, but they have great defense. Chicago is also the lowest scoring team in the league. Even though wild is a bit banged up, they should be able to beat the lowest scoring team in hockey. They’re also 2 points behind Dallas for home ice advantage, so they’ll want to win this game.

Washington AT Angels
I feel like I might regret this one, but give me the OVER 10 in the Angels game. Both pitchers allow a lot of home runs. Plain and simple. Wish it was Over 8 or 8.5, but I’ll ride with the OVER 10 for at least a push.

Dodgers AT Giants:
Really, I should put this one in the Risky Bet section, but, I won’t…
Dodgers are a bit embarrassed right now, on a three game losing streak. But turning that time, they were still able to produce runs. The pitching was just terrible for the Dodgers. Now they are facing the Giants who are 1-2 in their last three games. They were held scoreless until the 8th inning, so it’s not like Giants played good. Webb is a good pitcher, but Urias is better. Webbs allowed 4 runs in each of his last two starts. The only worry for me here is Urias has allowed twice as many home runs, and Giants Park is Home Run friendly.
I’m gonna roll with the Dodgers being the better team and hopefully playing angry against their rivals from the North.

Yankees AT Guardians
Bieber is on the mound for Guardians and is a solid pitcher. German is on the mound for the Yankees and allows 1 hit average an inning on the road. Bieber is good at keeping the ball in the park. Even matchup with a slight edge for Bieber winning through the first 5 innings. ALTHOUGH, Bieber has a 1-1 record with a 5.74 ERA against the Yankees. Yikes.

Padres AT Mets:
Another Risky one…
I like Padres to beat the Mets, barely.
SCHERZER is pitching against Darvish, and SCHERZER just doesn’t have it like he used to. His last two starts were unimpressive. Padres have scored 10 more runs than the Mets this ear so far, and their bats were super hot last night. I’m counting on them to remain hot against the legend of SCHERZER, whom hopefully has another off night. Problem is, I normally ALWAYS lose when I bet the Padres in the past. Lets see if this season is different.

Reds AT Braves:
Yep, Another Risky one…
I’d have more confidence in this game if Braves had been hitting more recently, but they have cold bats.
What gets me here in the pitching matchup. Both pitchers played good their first game. BUT, Elderly who’s pitching for the Braves, in his two years playing, he only allows 1 run for every 3 innings on average. That’s an amazing start to his young career. On the other side, Ashcraft allows 1 run per every like 1.8 innings, but he allows over 1 hit average per inning. So Elderly is much more impressive there. What’s scarry is Elderly walks players, A LOT. Like, a LOT LOT. So that’s scary for the homeruns. He’s only allowed 4 homeruns through 60 innings pitched though. Again, this bet comes with risk. If Atlanta’s bats were hotter going into this game, I’d feel more confident, but lets see.
