Battle Born Hockey School is back with camps for 2025, and registration opens this Friday 3/7! 🏒

In addition to our popular core camps, we are also excited to present the U14 Skills & Development Camp- a three day youth skills and development camp thoughtfully designed for hockey players ages 10-14 that refines their skating, shooting, passing, positional awareness, and overall hockey IQ through structured drills, small-area games, and real-game scenarios 🙌

Battle Born Hockey School returns to Utah! 🙌

Whether you’re a seasoned player or just starting out, Battle Born Adult Hockey Camp is designed for adults of all skill groups. Our coaches understand the unique needs of adult players and tailor instruction to suit your level.

This comprehensive camp dives deep into skating, shooting, passing, and situational play with our intensive on-ice sessions spread over three days.

Each camper must be 16 or over to join.

**We’ve added a new hockey camp to the 2024 lineup, this time geared for defensive players!🏒**

Winning championships requires strong defensive strategy so that’s why we created a camp to elevate your defensive game, with drills to tackle:

- backwards skating
- transitions
- odd man rushes
- net front coverage
- breakouts
- and more!

This camp is for adults and kids ages 8+ at all skill levels.

Meet Coach Jiron of 🏒

Jeff Jiron is a small business owner and ice hockey coach with 29 years of playing experience. 🏒 He has been a dedicated player for the Ice Raiders for seven years, starting from their inaugural year, and has contributed to their two consecutive MWHL championships. 🏆🏆

Jeff’s hockey journey began in Northern California, where he played at levels ranging from A to AAA for teams including the Oakland Bears, Tri Valley Blue Devils, Santa Rosa Flyers, Vacaville Vipers, California North Stars, and La Jolla Jaguars. 🐻 He continued his career by playing four years of ACHA Division 2 college hockey for the Utah Valley University Wolverines. 🏒 Post-college, he played senior A hockey for the Utah County Blizzard, Salt Lake Dawgs, and eventually the Ice Raiders, totaling ten years in Senior A hockey.

For the past five years, Jeff has been coaching youth and adult hockey. His coaching roles have included assistant coaching for the Vacaville Jets 18U and 10U teams, developing practice plans and fundamental skills for the youth in-house program, and leading the adult beginner clinic. 🏒 Additionally, he has been a coach for the Golden State Eagles Player Development Program in Vacaville during the summer for three years and has been involved in their tryout camps for two years. 🦅🔥
