Hi I’m Blake! Coach at

Here is some of what I do!

Strength / Fitness Coach
• Program Design Mastery – Builds structured plans using progressive overload, periodization, and recovery cycles tailored to the client’s goals.
• Technique & Efficiency – Teaches proper form on compound lifts to maximize results and minimize injury risk.
• Behavior & Accountability – Helps clients stay consistent through habit building, mindset coaching, and tracking progress.

——-

Speed Coach
• Explosive Mechanics – Focuses on sprint mechanics (stride length, frequency, ground contact time) to improve acceleration and top speed.
• Neuromuscular Training – Trains the nervous system for faster muscle firing and reaction time.
• Sport Transfer – Designs drills that directly improve performance in specific sports (cutting, agility, first-step quickness).

——

Mobility Specialist
• Joint Function Optimization – Improves range of motion while maintaining control and stability in joints.
• Movement Quality – Fixes compensations and imbalances that limit performance or cause pain.
• Longevity Focus – Helps clients move pain-free long-term, not just perform better short-term.

———

PNF Stretching (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation)
• Contract–Relax Method – Involves contracting a muscle before stretching it deeper to increase flexibility.
• Nervous System Driven – Uses reflexes to allow muscles to safely reach greater ranges of motion.
• Rapid Flexibility Gains – One of the most effective techniques for improving flexibility quickly compared to static stretching.

Injury Rehab
• Root Cause Correction – Identifies and fixes the underlying issue, not just the symptoms.
• Progressive Loading – Gradually reintroduces stress to rebuild strength and tissue tolerance safely.
• Return-to-Performance Focus – Bridges the gap between being pain-free and fully functional/athletic again.
