In case you haven't heard, we're taking out the ice next month! This kind of maintenance refresh is essential to maintaining quality indoor ice, preventing unexpected closures, and ensuring our rink is ready for increasingly busy hockey seasons.

For you rink regulars out there, the last three weeks of July is a great time to take a vacation or engage in your favorite off-ice activities! We'll be sure to keep you posted on our social channels about progress + updates 💙

BIG NEWS 📰 You’re looking at the next generation of leadership at Reno Ice!

Official as of today, long-time rink staff Mallory Precord & Trista Tookey are stepping into the roles of General Manager & Asst. General Manager (respectively).

These two women have worked together seamlessly over the past year to overcome challenges, identify opportunities for growth, & substantially grow our programs + outreach efforts. They approach the job of running our year-round, increasingly busy ice rink with integrity & passion every day.

We are grateful to the VP of our Board, Cam Sorenson, for acting as interim GM while Mallory & Trista adapted to added responsibilities in recent months. With a wealth of hockey, coaching, and outreach experience behind these two, the future of Reno Ice is looking bright! 😎
