Thank you for everything, Wolfies. This community and this business experience have been my life for the past five years. It’s a wild thing to close this chapter, but I’m doing so with a deeply grateful heart.

Thank you to everyone who learned and grew with me. And to everyone who has ever been a part of Wolf Valley: I hope you’re doing so damn well.

It is an honor to have the opportunity to do a workout like this in appreciation and respect for those who have sacrificed greatly for our freedoms. If you remember one thing while you are doing Murph tomorrow, remember to refrain from complaining. Every time you feel inclined to comment on how challenging the workout is, hold your tongue and remember that the sacrifices made for us were and are far greater than the temporary physical discomfort of a workout.

Happy Thanksgiving from Wolf Valley Performance! We are so thankful for our members and to everyone who has supported us over the past four years. Without our community we’d just be an empty room with some weights. You all have made WVP an incredibly special place and for that we are so thankful!!

We hope everyone has a relaxing holiday today. Don’t forget we have WVP Friendsgiving on Sunday at 3pm! Friends and family are welcome! 🦃

We’re not really sure why no one dressed up as a wolf for the Wolf Valley Halloween party this year but I guess that’s okay… 🐺
