Brian came to me a few years ago, and at the time he was big into cycling so one of his goals was to get better on the bike.
Through strength training we were able to increase his power output, and he did improve his cycling performance.
Later he got more interested in changing his physique so we started working more towards hypertrophy, and then later we’d do a fat loss phase.
Brian simply went to work, and this is the result of years of consistency and controlled efforts in the gym and the kitchen.
This stuff is not overnight!
He did this despite having a full time job, raising a family, and moving halfway across the country.
I’m very proud of what we did together, and I’m even more proud of the fact that he has been able to continue the process ON HIS OWN.
We simply developed the tools he needed, and the rest was up to him and time!
Now he’s in the best shape of his life at over 40, and he’s setting an example for his children to follow a healthy lifestyle!
