So cool to see Kyle shooting. This give me a lot of inspiration to get out and focus on my students and my training. Kyle you are the inspiration we need. I am proud to have you on our team!!!!

This is what happens when you forget your coin. What are friends for.

’Twas the night before the Classic, and all through the range,
The woods stood quiet, a welcome change.
Targets stood waiting in shadows and pine,
For arrows that’ll fly down the line.

The lanes had been marked and the scorecards laid right,
Volunteers finishing the last work of night.
Parking all planned and the tents standing tall,
Ready for shooters arriving from all.

At Goodtimes Pizza the ovens sit still,
Waiting for morning to fire them at will.
But down by the smoker a fire still glows
J&J’s BBQ crew never sleeps, everyone knows.

Wipeout Hawaiian Ice waits ready to freeze,
A perfect cool break in the afternoon breeze.
And Baer Coffee stands ready to go,
With specialty coffee to keep archers in flow.

The raffle booth waits with prizes galore,
Where “just one ticket” somehow turns into four.

And Barplicity’s trailer sits quiet for now,
Waiting for shooters the course will humble somehow.
Where stories get bigger with each passing round,
And friends gather up once the last arrows are found.

The foam animals rested, unaware of their fate,
Tomorrow brings arrows, they won’t escape.
And we, the volunteers, tired but proud,
Finished the setup without much a crowd.

So check all your arrows and sleep well tonight,
The Western Classic Trail Shoot begins at first light.
We’ll see you on course when the morning birds call

Here’s the Blind Pig team having a blast at the Las Vegas shoot. Remember, at Blind Pig the fun you have is the fun you bring with you!
Thanks to the team for the awesome level of support you gave me during my shoot line. I know with our mutual support for each other this year, the sky is the limit for what we’re aiming to achieve on our archery journey together.

Blind Pig Archery group had a great time. Maybe next year we can more of you to come with us. Until the next adventure.

Finish up the Indoor Nationals today with a 3 way tie for 2nd. I had a great tournament, learned a lot about tournament pressure. Now to figure out how to apply it.
