In September 1965, two friends (a boater and a tax accountant) created Recreation Publications, Inc. and published the first issue of Bay & Delta Yachtsman.
It was the first of its kind, featuring power and sailboats in the San Francisco Bay area. Information for Northern California Boaters who enjoy Bay and Delta Boating for all it has to offer
