Ladies 40+
This is why cardio isn’t touching your belly fat.

I want to tell you something and I need you to really hear it.

You are not lazy. You are not failing. You were just given the wrong tool.

I watched my mother who was an Olympic athlete do everything right. She moved constantly. She walked. She stayed active her whole life.

And the belly fat came anyway.

Because nobody told her the truth about what happens when estrogen starts to decline.

My doctor means well. The math is NOT mathing 🙄

Chickpeas, beans, quinoa — you’d need to eat 2+ cups of each just to hit 25g of protein. And with it? 80-140g of carbs.

That’s not a protein source. That’s a carb source 🤦🏼‍♀️

No wonder women are exhausted, inflamed, and frustrated with their weight. We’ve been given bad math.

You know what data hit me hard the other day?

Only 12.2% of U.S. adults met the markers for optimal metabolic health.

Twelve percent.

And we are still telling women over 40, “Your labs are normal, you’re just getting older”?

No. Not good enough.

Metabolic health is not just about weight.

It is blood sugar.
Triglycerides.
HDL cholesterol.
Blood pressure.
Waist circumference.

And in perimenopause and menopause, these markers matter even more because hormones are shifting, muscle is harder to maintain, sleep gets messy, and insulin sensitivity can change.

This is why guessing does not work anymore.

We need better data.
Better questions.
Better strategy.

Not perfection.
Not panic.
