I had made a deal with myself…getting my s**t together in August and getting BACK TO ME!

I had lost my motivation…yeah…it happens to us all…I knew in order to get it back, I had to get back into some sort of a routine. I had to bring some consistency back into my days/weeks, where my workouts were concerned.

Did I workout everyday? NO

But I did promise myself NOT to let a 3rd day pass, without a good workout or a run.

I didn’t workout Monday…
Not Tuesday either…

So you know what today had to be!

I may not have got it in earlier in the day, but the suns still up (a smidge) and I can CHECK THE BOX! Time doesn’t matter. It’s just the DOING!!!

Do the thing that drives you and pushes you and leaves you feeling GOOD! …don’t let the heat outside stop you!

Either you set that alarm for the early hours and catch the morning air, before all desire to be outside gets stifled by the sweltering heat OR you change it up and bring those good intentions inside!

The point is that YOU do YOU and you do it so YOU FEEL GOOD about YOU♥️

No one can get you there but YOU! I can give you the tools, but it ultimately comes down to YOU♥️💪🏻 (…believe me…I’m giving this pep talk for me too😉)

Felt like running … sooooo…DID!

Just do the damn thing…

no matter how slow…
how sad looking…
how achy…
how dreadful…
or hot it might be!!

Just do it!!!

You’ll be glad you did!

Oh MONDAY…

Seriously though…the morning was hard.
Rooster crows and crows outside (not mine BTW)
then I lie in wait if the alarm I personally set.

It rings.
It dings.
I snooze…

Not at all wanting to put my feet on the floor and get my day started…BUT once I did and once I got going, it was ON!!!

Moral of the story (in case you need me to spell it out) JUST GET MOVING!

Get out of bed…Get off the couch…STOP SCROLLING and GET MOVING!!!

As Dr. Seuss has said…”Oh, the places you will go!” …like to the gym for a killer workout😁😉💪🏻

You can change your vibe! YOU. YOU can change your vibe♥️

Take action, no matter how small…it’s the actions you take and the REPEAT, that not only get you started, BUT GETS YOU GOING!!

You know the direction you want to go…it’s FORWARD! It’s always FORWARD.

What minor changes can you make or do today, that get you moving towards your goals?

A handful of years ago, I held a FITNESS CHALLENGE that proved to be quite rewarding for those who took part…

And I’d like to DO IT AGAIN!

From strength and knowledge gained to inches and pounds lost, THEY DID IT!

I know summer gets hectic with organizing the activities and taking part in all the fun. Our routines, when it comes to you and YOUR GOALS, can easily take a back seat….or even get locked in the trunk. I get it. BUT that doesn’t mean you can’t get back to it!

It’s BACK TO SCHOOL TIME and I think the perfect time to GET BACK TO YOU!

This week, I’m going to start organizing a new FITNESS CHALLENGE, that will help YOU not only get back on track, but reap all the rewards along the way.

From nutrition guidance and behavior coaching, to workouts that you can level up or down…this challenge will be for YOU!
