The last two weekends brought some tough competition, and our Grizzlies showed up ready to work every time they stepped on the mat. Competing at these tournaments is a big deal, and we are incredibly proud of every wrestler who represented our club!

We’re heading into our final two tournaments of the season — Regionals on February 28 and the State Tournament on March 7 in Fallon! 🏆

Reminder: You do NOT have to qualify to compete in either event — everyone is welcome to register and join us for an exciting finish to the season.

So incredibly proud of our Grizzlies after an amazing day at the Crush Cancer Blacklight Tournament!

We were proud to be part of an event that gives back. This tournament raised money for the Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation, and we want to send a huge thank you to SWA Sierra Wrestling Association and Nevada Elite Wrestling for organizing and supporting such an amazing cause. 💛

But honestly, our favorite part isn’t the medals. It’s seeing how much these wrestlers have grown since the beginning of the season—not only in skill and confidence, but in how they support one another, cheer each other on, and build real friendships. Watching them celebrate each other’s wins and lift one another up after tough matches is what this club is all about.
