Big things are happening at Mt. Rose! The brand-new Wildslide Tahoe entrance sign is in place — marking the future gateway to 400 new parking spots, the snowtubing park, and our new tubing center.
This is the first look at what will become the official entrance to Wildslide Tahoe. We’re counting down the days until our opening this Winter 2025 — stay tuned for more updates as the project takes shape!

Will we be adding parking for Snow Tubing?
YES!
Wildslide will be accessed exclusively through a new entrance 3/4 of a mile west of the main ski resort, with dedicated parking and a new lodge with ski-up access from the nearby ski runs.

Construction of the new tubing area will also include a new lodge and ample deck seating that will be accessible by both tubing guests and those there to ski or snowboard. A new parking lot will provide convenient access to the tubing lanes, which will be located ¾ of a mile west of the Mt. Rose Main Lodge entrance.
