My son and I are in Washington and took in a Mariners game vs our beloved Red Sox. Decided to sit in this little corner of T-Mobile Stadium. Told him we’d get a home in ball. We got up one time to get a hot dog. Guess what happened when we left? Ball came right where we were sitting.

Miracle win by the Red Sox. Anytime Jensen comes in to pitch in the ninth and doesn’t walk or hit someone it’s a miracle.

BTW, great ballpark. I had never been there before.

Our very own 8th grade Reno Ballers team--coached by Jason Westphal, Scott Schellin, and Jeff Santos--was named the 15th best team in that age group by Grassroots Hoops. Top teams from throughout the west are included in the list. Quite an honor for these boys, and such a great representative of our community. Congratulations to the players, coaches, and parents.

Thanks to all for a very successful 2023 Reno Ballers Extravaganza. A great end to another exciting season. Can't thank you enough for your support and for your trust in having your players be a part of Reno Ballers.

On a special note, you all touched my heart with the comments made by coaches and the reception you all provided me upon my retirement announcement. It's a moment that I will never forget.
