I am struggling with some self-doubt today, friends. Not just today, this whole week. A huge goal that I have is proving harder to reach than I gave it credit for and I have started letting myself worry and obsess over what "might" happen if I don't reach it. I am working really hard to remember all my own good advice to others about goals. :) And all of that starts with believing in ourselves. So send me some good energy and positive thoughts if you're reading this. We are all in this life together, and it only makes sense to wish each other well.

It's going to be a busy day for me today, and as always, I'll be looking for every opportunity to work a little more movement into my activities. Our bodies need movement and activity and work and play to complement our clean and nutritious food consumption. Get out there today and DO STUFF!! ;)
