February Highlights! Can you believe it’s already the end of the month? It was a short but a memorable one!
- Celebrated our Pisces yogis 🥳
- launched her Begin Introductory Yoga series
- took her 100th class!
- Special shout-out to & for organizing the Restore & Rise series and .flows for leading the class. We raised $800 from our donated based class for & !

A message from Studio Director, Hilary:
While we support the movement happening tomorrow, we’d like to remain open so we can hold space for all of you. This Friday, January 30th, all classes at Be Yoga will be free. All of our teachers will still be compensated.
No payment. No barriers. Just space to breathe, move, and heal together.
Our studios will be open as a place of grounding, connection, and support for anyone feeling heavy, overwhelmed, or in need of peace.
We stand with our immigrant neighbors and all communities impacted by fear and uncertainty. You belong here.
Stay tuned for community care fundraisers put on by each studio.
Our managers, teaching and front desk team have all been feeling the weight of the injustices happening in our own country and beyond- thank you for navigating this with us together.
Yoga is about union and liberation for all- it’s what Be Yoga stands for.
