The 12U Girls participated in a Co-Ed tournament this weekend, Travelchamps Labor Day Tournament in Hershey, PA and brought the trophy home! (Peewee B)
After a close first game that we lost 2:3 against Caps Academy the team bounced back, achieved two wins and ended with a rematch against Caps Academy in the championship game. Winning 3-0 to take the ship!! Congratulations to the players & coaches!!

Get ready for a weekend of FUN with our fourth-annual 2026 DMV Girls Hockey Weekend (previously DMV Girls Try Hockey for Free Day) on Saturday, September 12 and Sunday, September 13.

This event is a joint effort between the Washington Capitals, Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) Foundation, the Potomac Valley Amateur Hockey Association (PVAHA), and various youth hockey organizations throughout the region to introduce girls ages 4-9 to hockey at no cost.

This event is for players who have never tried hockey before to gear up and give it a shot in a FUN and SAFE environment!
