A special kick-off to Mother’s Day with the Reston 4 Miler! 🏃🏼‍♀️

Thank you to for encouraging us to do this fun race together. A personal best for many, an age group win for me (27:09 🔥), and a great test heading into HYROX Pro doubles NYC in 3 weeks!

Honestly, so much of why I started Saint J Fitness came from becoming a mother. After having my first daughter, I felt a little lost, unsure of who I was. Fitness helped me rebuild my confidence, find my strength again, and remember who I was outside of just “mom.” It gave me purpose, community, and a way to become stronger physically and mentally — and that changed everything for me and how I showed up for my people.

Over the years, I’ve been lucky to help so many women and moms find confidence through fitness too. Watching women do things they never thought they could, build strength, and carry that confidence into everyday life is exactly why I do what I do. ☺️

To all the moms out there — keep showing up for yourself and your people. Taking care of yourself doesn’t take away from your family, it makes you better for them. Lead by example and never forget your kids are watching you chase your goals and your big dreams too. ❤️

Ready to try HYROX but not sure where to start?

Join my race-focused small group at Fit Health USA in Herndon, VA and learn how to crush the sleds, runs, and stations with confidence.

I’m Emily, a certified personal trainer and HYROX coach who’s guided first-timers and seasoned athletes through race day.

You’ll get structured strength, conditioning, and running that fits a busy schedule, plus coaching on pacing, transitions, and race strategy.

This small-group class is designed for busy adults who want to:
- Build race-ready strength and endurance without living in the gym
- Learn efficient technique for HYROX-style stations (sleds, lunges, wall balls, ski/row, etc.)
- Practice real race pacing, transitions, and mental strategy so race day feels familiar, not scary


Class times:
Tuesdays 7:00–8:00 PM
Fridays 12:00–1:00 PM
