We recommend training at Northern Virginia Ki Aikido. We provided training in the Japanese arts of Shinshin Toitsudo and Shinshin Toitsu Aikido for children and adults in the Washington, DC suburb of Reston, Virginia.

Since we can’t practice aikido and social distancing at the same time, we are cancelling classes this week. We recommend staying home and checking on those with compromised immune systems and other needs that may make it hard to prepare or care for themselves in an epidemic. Take care of yourselves and each other.
