2026 IITA World Championship

Color Belt Team Pattern Competitors – Under 7 Years Young Players

Best wishes to ATMAA’s young rising warriors, Ayan, Swagat, and Valto!

Two-time World Pattern Champion Ayan is the captain of this team. They did their best and worked hard to achieve great results. While there is still room for improvement step by step, their dedication, teamwork, and courage are truly inspiring.

We are very proud of all three young warriors.

Happy Saturday!
June 06, 2026

Martial arts training does not require expensive facilities or special equipment. We can train anywhere — at home, in the basement, outdoors, or on the ground. What matters most is our dedication, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Today, ATMAA proudly presented a small demonstration in front of the community and showed that martial arts can be practiced anywhere with passion, commitment, and a positive spirit.

A heartfelt thank you to Pradip Dhakal Sir for inviting ATMAA to participate in this wonderful demonstration opportunity. It was truly fun, meaningful, and a great time together.

Happy Saturday!

Today’s adult class was a great team workout filled with positive energy.

Our adult class is not only about following a curriculum. We especially focus on building self-confidence, self-defense skills, and developing physical, mental, and spiritual strength. Martial arts training is a way to improve overall well-being, discipline, focus, inner peace, and a healthy lifestyle.

Thank you to all our ATMAA adult family members for coming and giving your best effort. There was lots of sweat, hard work, teamwork, and a wonderful spirit throughout today’s training session.

Keep training. Keep learning. Keep growing together.

Happy Fun Friday!

Taekwon-Do is not just a martial art — it is like a family.
At ATMAA, we proudly believe that we are one family, united by respect, discipline, friendship, and care for one another.

Tonight, our most respected Senior Master Junko Starks Ma’am and Senior Master John Starks Sir kindly brought delicious food to share with everyone after class. Their generosity, kindness, and continued dedication reflect the true spirit of martial arts leadership and family values.

Leadership is not just about training harder or achieving higher ranks. Leadership is about sharing experiences, caring for each other, supporting one another, and building meaningful relationships. It is also about discussing Taekwon-Do values and learning from different life experiences and perspectives.

These kinds of gatherings and teamwork help all members better understand each other, strengthen friendship, develop respect, and create a positive environment where everyone feels welcomed and valued.

Special thanks to Senior Master Junko Starks Ma’am and Senior Master John Starks Sir for always inspiring us through your actions, generosity, and lifelong commitment to our ATMAA Family.

Together we grow.
Together we learn.
Together we succeed.

One Family • One Team • One ATMAA

With respect and appreciation,
ATMAA Family

ATMAA rising stars, two brothers Neil Luitel and Naaman Luitel, proudly attended the 2026 IITA World Championship.

Both brothers are State Champions in Virginia and Pennsylvania and have achieved excellent results through their dedication, discipline, and hard work.

They travel more than one hour each way and attend classes twice a week with strong commitment and determination. ATMAA continues to provide opportunities for students who are interested in learning martial arts, even if they live in different cities.

Neil and Naaman are wonderful examples for all of us. If we truly have the interest and willingness to learn something, many things become possible. These two brothers have shown outstanding dedication and commitment to martial arts and became state champions within a short period of time.

They are always willing to learn new things, stay focused, listen carefully, and pay close attention to their instructors.

A special thank you to Master Sharada Rai for supporting and teaching them patterns to help prepare for the World Championship. They gave their very best effort at the championship and represented ATMAA with pride.

Best wishes to Neil and Naaman for their first-ever World Championship journey.
Continue training hard, stay humble, and enjoy every moment of your martial arts journey.

Make yourself proud.
Make your family proud.
Make ATMAA proud.
Make the Commonwealth of Virginia and the USA proud. 🇺🇸

Our most respected Senior Master John Starks Sir conducted tonight’s class and shared valuable lessons on how to discipline yourself, how to stay focused, how to listen carefully, pay attention, and how to defend yourself.

Senior Master John Starks Sir is a former U.S. veteran who continues to inspire students through his dedication, wisdom, and leadership.

Taekwon-Do is a martial art built on discipline, principles, respect, and self-development. It was founded by General Choi Hong Hi, a Korean military general and ambassador. The Taekwon-Do ranking system is inspired by military rank structures and reflects values such as responsibility, leadership, and continuous improvement.

All members paid close attention and learned many important lessons from our respected Senior Master John Starks Sir. Although he is 80 years old, he continues to teach with great passion, energy, and commitment.

This is truly a rare and valuable opportunity to learn life lessons, martial arts values, and meaningful education from such an experienced senior master.

Thank you to all members and families for attending tonight’s class and for your continued support and dedication.

With respect,
ATMAA Family 🙏
