Lifetime Reston Pilates

June was a very educational month for our Life Time Reston instructors! Six of us went down to Miami for the annual Pilates Empowerment Summit (PES) and a reunion with our much-loved and missed Kathryn and Zoey. They enjoyed 2 days of immersion into all things Pilates with other instructors from all over the country.

Then three of us went to New York for Functional Anatomy for Movement and Injuries (FAMI), a 4-day course in anatomy and injuries at Mt. Sinai Medical School.

We can’t wait to share all of our new knowledge with you all!
