Meet Jace, Personal Trainer at Epic 💪

Jace got his start training for football in high school. What began as personal goals quickly grew into helping teammates with their own programs and from there, a passion for coaching was born.

After working in commercial gyms, he knew he needed something better: “In commercial gyms, you often have to work around the crowd. At Epic, I almost never have to wait for the equipment I want to use and that helps streamline both my client’s and my own workout.”

In every session, Jace brings clarity, purpose, and results: "You’ll test your strength on compound lifts, learn the ‘why’ behind every movement, and leave feeling good about your gains.”
