To wrap up our Small Business Month series, we’re focusing on the "why" behind everything we do: our commitment to making movement accessible to everyone.

We believe a business is only as strong as the community it serves. That’s why we work closely with local partners helping to remove financial barriers to health and wellness.

We take this mission on the road with Flash, the Firetruck, providing mobile movement sessions for local events and organizations. Whether we’re supporting the South Lakes and Herndon High sports boosters, teaching classes for the Boys and Girls Club, or providing movement activations for our non-profit partners, our goal is to show up where we are needed most.

Want to join us in this mission? Through our Donor Program, individuals and businesses can provide in-kind class packs that allow us to bring underserved communities—most recently those from local NVFS shelters, Sterling Middle School, and Big Brothers Big Sisters — directly into our facility.
