High Caliber Volleyball

We are so sad to announce this, but unfortunately we will not be holding any camps this fall. We know a lot of you have been patiently waiting for an update. Sadly we have not been able to secure any gym space. At this time we do not have anything planned until we find a more permanent gym. We will post any further updates here. Thank you to everyone who has supported and participated in any of our camps❤️ we have loved the experience and are hopeful that we will be able to offer it again!

DEFENSIVE WEEK!! Lots of hustle and heart ❤️ in the gym this week!! We worked a lot on ATTITUDE and being smart defensive players. The girls learned how to read a hitter and how to anticipate where the ball will go. Lots of good things happening in the gym! Don’t forget that our BLOCKING CLINIC starts Monday! This week in hitting clinic we are working on the importance of jumping and landing safely, increasing speed of our arm swings and snapping that wrist! Along with technique the girls have learned exercises to help strengthen their arm strength and improve their hand eye coordination!

We have decided to extend this session and are offering an ADVANCE BLOCKING CLINIC March 29th and 31st! Cost is $60 for the two classes. Links are below:

We are opening registration TODAY for our ADVANCED SKILLS CLINIC. This session is for more advanced players and we will be working on more position specific skills each week. Class sizes are also EXTREMELY limited this session. Classes will be MONDAYS and WEDNESDAYS beginning March 8th ending March 24th.

We are so excited to be bringing in former college athlete and guest coach Emilee Gihring Heilman for this session! Emilee was a setter for Gonzaga University in 2003/2004. We promise you don't want to miss this one!

You can join us for all three weeks, one week or two weeks. The clinic costs $60 per week or if you sign up for all three weeks you get a discount at $160.
