💥 Why join?
I’m so excited to bring this program to our local girls through 12 Performance. As a coach and athlete, I know how powerful it is to combine speed, strength, and confidence. This training is designed specifically for girls to become more explosive, agile, and confident—both on and off the field or court. Whether you're just starting out or already competing at a high level, I’ll meet you where you're at and help you grow.
⏰ Need a different time?
I get that everyone's schedule is different! If 4–5 PM doesn’t work for you, reach out—I’m open to offering other training times based on interest and availability.

If you want to make sure your kid is in their best athletic state and prepare them both physically and mentally for the upcoming season of sports, you will want them to come to our two week Speed and Agility program! Let us know if youhave any questions.

Quickness: The ability to react and change body position with a maximum rate of force production.
Quickness refers to the speed of your reflexes and reactions. It is measured by your instant responses. Quickness training will benefit you if you lack explosiveness or want to react quicker to a change in environment.
Ladders, hurdles, mirror drills and ball drop drills are some of the drills we will use during our camp to improve quickness.
02/10/2022
Agility: The ability to accelerate, decelerate, stabilize, and quickly change directions with proper posture.
Agility is required to change direction quickly and effectively. If you are having a hard time shuffling quickly side-to-side or keeping your balance, agility training is important.
Some of the agility drills that we will be doing include the M drill, 5-10-5 sprints, plyometric jumping exercises and figure 8’s.
02/09/2022
Speed: The ability to move the body in one direction as fast as possible
If you are having a hard time getting from Point A to Point B quickly, catching up to your opponents, or keeping up with your teammates, speed training would be super beneficial! Some of the best speed drills include parachute sprints, build-ups, arm swing technique practice, and hip flexor training. We will be incorporating all of these drills and more in our training camp.

Speed vs. Agility vs. Quickness
There are lots of differences between these three things. Over the next few days, I will be sharing a little more detail on what those differences are. But for starters, speed is generally how fast you move your arms and legs, while agility and quickness are applications of speed. But there's more to it than just that!

A LITTLE ABOUT THE CAMP:
We will be hosting a speed and agility sports conditioning camp for a few separate weeks this summer for kids ages 10-16.
We are excited to provide kids with an affordable and extremely involved two week program during which they will learn skills to help with speed, agility, balance, coordination, injury prevention and physical and mental endurance.
Depending on available slots, it will be M-F 8-9:30 OR 10:00-11:30 each day for two weeks for only $90. They will be using a variety of equipment such as agility ladders, hurdles, speed rings and parachutes.
Our goal is for these kids to learn the most important skills needed to improve their speed, agility and quickness while having fun and enjoying their sport. A main focus of this program will be to make sure that the participants get 1-on-1 attention and specific tips on technique because this is how they will really learn and improve!
We are accepting 12 kids per session. If you have two siblings that want to sign up, then we will discount it to $160 total.
Over the next few months, we will be posting more specific details and sample exercises that we will be running the kids through during the camp, so keep checking in and contact us at (208)346-3176 if you have any questions.
