Little about this training facility is it will be way different than most gyms and training facilities. I am opening up this place to help people get a chance to receive cheaper training opportunities:) My goal with opening this is to have a high success rate! I know changing a life style can be vary hard and intimidating at first, this way it will be personal and one on one with no distractions:)

Ok after 6 hips surgeries total! I can now say it’s time - I start PT next wk & I’m ready for this loooong journey ahead of me! Ready to be able to do squats & DL w/o pain! I’m ready to start this journey back 🤍 it’s been a long time coming!

I had so much fun with on the trail yesterday! I def am so grateful to have a working healthy body! I couldn’t do something like this for a long long time! Sore and grateful! Def a new favorite hobby!
