Inside Trails Spinning Studio is a small local gym that focuses solely on indoor cycle classes. It was founded in 2016 by April James, who has been teaching spin classes for a number of years. Although there are quite serious and by the book instructors out there, Mrs. She likes to call herself "The fun instructor" and encourages everyone to do what they can no matter how long you're able to stay

THANK YOU!!
We had a great season! Thank you to everyone that got up early every Saturday to join us for spin class. We went out with a bang & did karaoke spin one last time. Hopefully I see you in one of my other classes or out on the trails. 🚴🏾‍♀️🔥
