Inside Trails Spinning Studio is a small local gym that focuses solely on indoor cycle classes. It was founded in 2016 by April James, who has been teaching spin classes for a number of years. Although there are quite serious and by the book instructors out there, Mrs. She likes to call herself "The fun instructor" and encourages everyone to do what they can no matter how long you're able to stay

Throwback Thursday!

This was one of MANY classes I instructed at the Jerry L. Garver YMCA since I began back in 2012! It's sad that we've reached the end of era but we're grateful for the memories. Thank you to everyone that attended a class at Garver over the past 14 years 🚴🏾‍♀️🔥
