Just as a heads up there is more extensive verbiage on all customers being aware that skiing and snowboarding activities are activities where the customer has to assume and accept all risk with respect to injury and/or death while pursing this actvity. This is/or will be standard at all Wisconsin Ski areas under Ws.Stat 895.526 (4) We will have a copy available for customers to read for full details if our customer should want to read all the detail.
About the only real addition to the skier/snowboarder activity will be the provisions that anyone being on the ski slopes must be wearing a current date lift ticket. The other change is that we will no longer be able to permit foot traffic from the general public on skiing snow surfaces. This reduces the risk of skier/pedestrian collision and it also reduces the chance of icing and/or skiing surface disruptions from the much higher lbs/square inch applied pressure from street shoe/boots vs the same weigh on skis or snowboards.
The 90 day extended forecast continues to look good for longer ski season and we continue to be makng good progress wth our preseason prep .
