We pride ourselves on teaching the fundamentals of Boxing, Muay Thai/Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, & Wrestling. Our classes are catered to men, women, teenagers, and children who want to learn how to defend themselves, want to lose weight, want to improve their physical fitness, and/or want to have a fun hobby. For those who want to take their skills and technique to the next level an introduction to MMA.

Michael Martínez has been training with Team Carlos Alberto’s MMA since 2018. He has recently won the 2026 National Championship! He’s a four-time National Champion, winning the triple crown in 2024 and just recently winning the Junior Olympics for the second time in June 2026. Through countless hours of dedication and perseverance, he has not only reached the pinnacle of their sport but has also served as an incredible ambassador for our community.
