Certified EOS Implementer®, helping entrepreneurs get what they want from their businesses.

02/01/2026

How did I learn about EOS®? I learned it as a desperate client.

2012: $35M in revenue, 55 employees, millions in debt, 90 days behind with every vendor. We were failing despite our growth.

We brought in an EOS® Implementer. Everything changed.

That experience—sitting in YOUR chair, facing collapse, wondering if we'd make it—taught me what leadership teams actually need:
✅ A VISION everyone can execute (not just believe in)
✅ Real TRACTION through accountability (not disappearing after meetings)
✅ A HEALTHY team that functions without firefighting

EOS® isn't theory. It's the system that saved my business and led to an eight-figure exit.

Now I'm the Implementer. But I was the desperate client first.

If your business is running you instead of the other way around, let's talk.

Want to make a meaningful contribution to an amazing non-profit before year end? (Consult your tax advisor...I recommend Lifetime Tax Advisors.)

I encourage you to check out Texas Valor Project and the great way they are serving veterans and first responders suffering from TBI.

And if you’re looking for a “extremely direct” coach who isn’t afraid to tell you when things are “jacked up,” I know a girl. 😉

If you’re a working mother like me, this back to school season may bring a combination of mixed emotions.

Accomplishment: for who they are becoming, who we are molding them to be, and for getting them to the next milestone. They’re leveling up! ⏭️

Hope: that they will be successful, that they will grow in confidence, and that they will be treated, and will treat others, with kindness and compassion. 🙏🏻

Gratitude: for the lazy days of summer, the opportunity to make those core vacation memories, the various camps the kids attended, the time they spent with grandparents and extended family… and that school is back in session so we can get back to our routine! 🗓️

Relief: I don’t know about you, but juggling those summer schedules and trying to make sure they don’t rot their brains on screens all day can be exhausting! 😅

Here’s to all those working parents who survived the summer and are finding balance in this new school year. 🥂

And here’s wishing all our kiddos returning to school this month the best year ever. Especially this guy who left before the sun came up on his first day of middle school because he signed up for football this year and they practice at 7am. He can do hard things. 💪

What a week with people who make my soul so happy! 🧡

I am so grateful for the I get to live and the community of people who make it so very special.

I feel challenged, renewed, and invigorated to take on a BOLD 2025. 💪

Couldn’t imagine doing anything else with any other group of people.

Thank you EOS Worldwide for an amazing Annual QCE. We’re just getting started!

Sweet verification that we are making core memories. 😊

This is a precious reminder during the busyness of annual season. 🧡

Mom Guilt.

It’s so real!

As I’ve grown my practice over the last 3 years, I’ve gotten pretty good at juggling family obligations, work commitments, kids activities, and community imvolvenevt. My life often resembles a circus act. 🎪🎡🤡

Friends and colleagues often comment “I don’t know how you do it,” so I guess I make it look easy. 🤣

The truth is… it isn’t. It’s work. Real, raw, and sometimes defeating work. Being a perfectionist certainly doesn’t make it any easier! (For context: INTJ, 8671 and DC. Even I’m exhausted thinking about that!)

Today, after a short walk, two appointments, and two phone calls, I picked up lunch for my birthday boy, grabbed some bundtinis, and visited him at school before I dashed off to the airport. Before I left, my 12 yr old 6th grader hugged me AT SCHOOL and told me thank you. 😱

I was feeling so guilty for traveling on his birthday, but annual planning season calls. And you know what? He understood and extended true grace. ❤️

I’m not keeping score, but I’ll call that a parenting win. My little boy is growing into a patient, kind, understanding, and considerate young man. I could not be more proud or grateful. 🥰

(Btw, of course I’m keeping score! You saw those profiles, right?! 😜)

I had the privilege of hosting some amazing friends, clients, and connectors today for the Rockwall Women's League Big Hats and Big Bands charity fundraiser.

Thank you to Lifetime Cos, Texas Valor Project, and Titus Talent Strategies for sharing these lovely ladies with me!

RWL raises money for scholarships and non-profits within Rockwall County. Last year we distributed over $250,000! 💪

Thank you all for your participation!

What a great day! I thoroughly enjoyed learning from Anastasia Toomey and connecting with other Integrators.

I highly recommend the Visionary and Integrator masterclasses for those at the helm of a business!

Please join us in celebrating the newest Integrator Masterclass Graduates! 🎉

We are so proud of them for working hard to become the best Integrators they can be, and we're excited to see where their journey takes them 🚀
