1️⃣ 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙗𝙪𝙡𝙗: Gave us the ability to see outside of the dark, illuminating our physical surroundings.
2️⃣ 𝘽𝙞𝙠𝙧𝙖𝙢 𝙔𝙤𝙜𝙖: Gave us the tools to see inside ourselves, helping us live mentally and physically healthier lives.
They say the darkest place in the world is right under the lamp. It’s easy to look everywhere else for answers, missing the fact that life—and peace—is sitting right under your nose.
But illumination doesn’t happen just by wishing for it. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽. Once you step onto the mat, the light turns on.

🌸 Good morning, everyone! Waking up this morning, we are gifted with 24 brand-new hours to live and to love. Let us begin this journey by simply smiling at ourselves—honoring the life within.

In every step we take and every task we perform, let us bring our full attention to the present. When our hands touch a glass of water, or our feet meet the path beneath us, let us know that we are truly there. With a gentle breath and a peaceful step, the world around us suddenly becomes remarkably bright and harmonious.
