Sun Lee Parents! It is time to for our students to test their skills on a bigger stage!

Training in Taekwondo is a great way to build strong personal character. One of the ways that happens is through Taekwondo competition. Training in the dojang is fantastic but taking it to a competition shows us what we got. Sometimes it shows us what we need to improve and sometimes it shows us how much we have come. Either outcome helps us grow to the next level. In today’s society, our children need to face adversity and be able to harness nervous energy. There’s no better way to do that, than entering a tournament. Let’s get signed up before the early registration deadline Oct. 1st! If you need help please reach out to us!

August Belt Test!!! We want to congratulate and recognize these students for training throughout the summer. While others took breaks, these students continued to train and got ahead of their peers. Parents we know it wasn’t easy some days but please know that you are giving your children skills that will serve them their entire lives.

*In America, grade school children get a three month break over summer. In Asia, they do not take as long of a hiatus from studies. Academically there is no comparison between the two cultures.

We encourage our students to continue their training and academic studies through the summer break to gain an advantage over their peers.

We are proud to be partners in education with our local elementary schools. Last semester we were able to donate almost $1500 to the Aldridge PTA. Thank you Aldridge elementary for helping us empower the next generation with strong character skills! We look forward to the fall semester!

We teach a lot of things at Sun Lee Taekwondo, and some of the concepts stay with you for life.👊🏻

Discipline— one of the five tenets of Taekwondo and arguably one of the best things we can arm you with in life.

Master (and Instructor) Cole, home from West Point University, is the epitome of discipline and one of our lifelong students. We couldn’t be prouder of him, prouder to know him, and honored to get to continue to train with him.
