Hip Hop Heels is a fun way to stay fit, feel sexy, and increase confidence. It is a fusion of various Hip Hop and street dance styles, with the attitude and flare of Jazz and Burlesque. This class is a great way to strengthen your core, as well as tone and sculpt your lower body and mid-section. Bring a pair of your most comfortable heels (4 inches and under) and be prepared to release your inner diva!
