is currently in 8th place heading into the final day. You already know this, but it bears repeating, she is awesome. Could not be more proud of her attitude and effort. Making a run at the podium tomorrow. Let’s goooo!!!!!

Leaderboards have not been made available yet, but workout 1A and most likely 1B belonged to !!!!
Workout 3 was cancelled due to rain, but we will pick back up tomorrow with a long day of workouts. Heat times will be posted when available.

Soooo, we got our schedules mixed up, but glad they are here TODAY. If you want to get a DEXA scan in, you can still sign up for some mid morning or early afternoon time slots.
No worries if today doesn’t fit…they will be back in a couple weeks. We are still working on finalizing a date. Sign up link in bio.
