Here’s a simple rule to level up your lifts:
👉 Breathe IN to prepare
👉 Breathe OUT during the effort
Example:
• Squats – inhale at the top, exhale as you drive back up
• Press movements – inhale before you press, exhale as you push
Proper breathing helps you stay stable, protect your core, and generate more power with every rep.
Don’t hold your breath, control it. Your body (and your results) will thank you.
