Happy International Women's Day to the incredible women of Mezger Martial Arts. We are so proud of the women that train here, who aren't afraid to walk into a a male dominated sport and show that women can be strong, powerful and fierce. Also, thank you to the mothers that trust us to empower your little ones and the wives and girlfriends that loan us your men to teach them about discipline and fitness.

CONGRATULATIONS to all of our athletes who competed over the weekend.

We took 3 competitors to IKF Point Muay Thai technical bouts. All three had incredible wins.

We took two fighters to the 88th Annual Dallas Golden Gloves. One lost a tough decision in the semifinals, and the other is now a two time Dallas Golden Glove Champion.

We are so proud of these students for challenging themselves and testing their skills. Our competitors are starting 2026 off strong!

Come support our fighters this weekend! We have athletes competing in Dallas Golden Gloves on Friday night AND Saturday night. Golden Gloves is held at the Southern Junction in Irving. We also have people competing at the IKF Point Muay Thai tournament on Saturday at the Duncanville Field House. Come support your teammates and enjoy the local fights. We hope to see you there!
