First MMA days aren’t always pretty… but they’re always worth remembering. 🥊

One big fall, one almost-pulled quad, and somehow Keanu was back on his feet and ready for more. 😂

MMA is about more than getting every move right. It’s about showing up, pushing through, and having the mindset to keep going when things don’t go as planned.

Your first day only happens once. Make it count. 🔥

Come find your fight at Hidden Gym.

Why do adults train MMA? Keanu’s answer says it all. 🗝️🥋

From the Big Brother house to the mats, Keanu is challenging himself in a completely new way. Whether it’s shadowboxing, learning new techniques, or getting rounds in on the mats, he’s here to push himself outside of his comfort zone.

Sometimes you just need a new challenge to see what you’re capable of. 💪

Ready to challenge yourself? Start training MMA at Hidden Gym.

From the Big Brother House to the BJJ mats 🥋🔥

Keanu is taking on a whole new challenge at Hidden Gym. With zero BJJ experience, one gi, and plenty of courage, he’s ready to take that first step onto the mats.

No experience? No problem. Everyone starts somewhere — and sometimes the hardest part is simply showing up.

Welcome to the mats, Keanu! 👊🥋

🥊 WHAT IS GUY MEZGER’S COMBAT SPORTS CLUB?

More than just a place to train—it’s a community built on discipline, technique, growth, and a passion for martial arts.
Founded by Guy Mezger, a longtime Texas martial artist and former professional MMA, kickboxing, and full-contact karate competitor, the club is built on decades of experience and a commitment to passing that knowledge on to the next generation.

Whether you’re brand new to martial arts or an experienced fighter, there’s always something to learn, improve, and achieve. 🥋🥊

Train. Learn. Grow. Carry the legacy forward.

🥊 How to throw the perfect kick — with real-time corrections.

Hands up. Elbows tight. Then that diagonal step before the leg follows through. Small adjustments like these can make a huge difference in your technique.

This is the kind of correction you get when you’re training right alongside your coach. 💪

Come train with us and sharpen your skills on the mats!
