AHA C2 Fighting Loons

After downing the Fighting Ice Fish on Saturday, the Loons have pushed their win streak to three games on the strength of three 2-point nights by Boortz, B. Logan, and McCann.

It's that time of year, am I right?

Our last game vs the Lakers featured goals from 5 different players (Jake, Rich, Jimmy, Kelsey, and Troy).

It was our second game in a row scoring 5 goals.

But the big story on the night is the All-Pro performance of our brick wall in net, Heather Rogers. Heather turned away every shot on the night for a perfect shutout, and has only allowed 1 goal in the last two games.

To say it was a stunning Loons debut would be an understatement. Kelsey netted not one, not two, not three, but four goals in her inauguaral game wearing the red, white, and black.

Line 2 was really clicking tonight as Troy assisted on three of Kelsey's goals. Nice work Troy!

So Palm is now on pace for 60 assists this season and Kelsey is on pace for 80 goals.

No pressure there, right? 🤣
