Behind every practice, game day, team meal, fundraiser, and late-night planning session is a group of dedicated volunteers working hard for our athletes and families.

The Junior Bombers Board is made up of parents, coaches, and community members who donate countless hours to build a positive, competitive, and family-oriented football and cheer program for our kids. Their commitment helps create opportunities, lifelong memories, and a strong community both on and off the field.

But great organizations don’t run on a few people alone.

As our program continues to grow, we are looking for more helping hands to keep things running efficiently and successfully. Whether you have experience in organization, fundraising, coaching support, events, communications, sponsorships, or simply a passion for helping kids — there is a place for you in the Bomber family.
