Had our first tournament of the 2025 season last weekend. Raptors-Kafentzis lost a pair of 1-run games on Saturday to two strong teams, but the boys regrouped and decisively won their games on Sunday to take the silver bracket championship. If that was the best part of the weekend, #2 was the weather: above 50 degrees and no wind!

Fall ball 2024 was a great success. Many thanks to all 17 teams that participated! The season ended with teams coming out in their best Halloween costumes, including sumo wrestlers, cowboys, and even a pickle!
The 70s Division championship ended in an extra innings tie between the Reign and Bombing Range Bandits. The Yakima Short Hops came out on top as the 80s Gold champs, and our own Raptors Gradin team pulled off a late inning victory to capture the 80s Silver championship.
Congratulations to the Tri City Inferno, who defeated the Savannah Bananas (aka Devo Lumberkings) to capture the 13u/14u title!

As we start transitioning into the offseason, our team is still looking to add some depth at catcher. If you have a player that catches AND can pitch, even better! If interested in joining our team, please message us or contact Joel at 206-250-5955.

As we get closer to tryouts, we wanted to provide some further details about what our program offers. Our teams will participate in fall baseball through October, and begin winter workouts in December. These workouts include strength/resistance training, light weights, and conditioning drills in addition to working on fundamental baseball skills (fielding, hitting, etc).
Players will resume throwing in mid January/early February along with further emphasis on hitting. We will also have a dedicated pitching coach to work with pitchers as we prepare for the upcoming season.
We will also incorporate team bonding activities throughout the season, such as camping and fishing, so that the players are able to enjoy each other outside of baseball.
If there are any questions, please don’t hesitate to message us here or contact Tyler at 509-438-3690. We’ll discuss the above a little bit before each tryout as well, and will be happy to address any questions or concerns you may have then.
