Expect twitchy movements, possessed energy, zombie-inspired choreography, dramatic poses, sharp musicality, and haunting movement that feels ripped straight from an ’80s cult horror film!

If you joined Rachel for our July Kips + Drops workshop, this is your chance to refine what you learned + level it up.

We’re adding more kipping, more dropping, more progressions, and more opportunities to get that delicious little feeling of “HOLY S**T, I DID IT.” 🔥

Expect:

✨ Shoulder stand drills + progressions
💪 Strength, control + body awareness
🎯 Lots of coaching to clean up the details

Heels 101 is our new monthly workshop designed to help you feel comfortable, confident + safe before adding heels to your classes.

Saturday • September 12th
3pm-4pm with Rachel

We’ll cover the basics, safety, studio etiquette, choosing + purchasing your first heels, and how to move in them with a little grace.

And the best part?
✨ It’s LIVE starting this month!
✨ Use ONE single class credit to book!
✨ Pole heels required to participate + rentals are always available in the Lobby!

Once you’ve completed Heels 101, you’ll be ready to start exploring our heels-permitted classes and workshops. This workshop will be needed for all new students joining us after 9/1/26. If you are currently taking heels classes please disregard + carry on dancing.
