Kindred Spirits has always been more than a bottle shop and lounge; it's a place where people connect, celebrate, and belong. We're excited to find someone who will carry that mission forward.

The Gimlet

Ingredients
2 ½ oz The Spirit of Gin, refrigerated
1 oz fresh lime juice
¾ oz simple syrup
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with a small amount of ice.
Shake briefly until chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with a lime wedge or cute little lime peel bird 😉
