What’s our Studio Tour?

At RBC, we want to ensure everything is customized to YOU and YOUR goals.

Which is why everyone starts with our Studio Tour:

First you’ll sit down with our personal trainer, this is where we will learn about your prior experience, what has and what has not worked, and where you’re looking to get yourself to!

Next, we’re going to test your movement patterns, don’t worry we won’t have you do any backflips! Simple movement patterns that you do day-to-day, because at the end of the day, where you want to improve your quality of life OUTSIDE of the gym.

After we have all of that data, we are able to create a completely personalized program for YOU that will get you the results you’ve been looking for !

And the great part is, we checked back up on these numbers every 8 weeks, to make sure you’re making progress.
