🪴In 2007 my massage school had special options to focus on and I chose Zen Shiatsu and was first introduced to Traditional Chinese Medicine, the meridians, and Qi in our body. Now I’m even hearing a little more about the medical community finding evidence of meridians in our fascia and I’m intrigued.

🪴Fast forward to meeting Dr. Jillann Morlan Brown | Acupuncture & TCM here in the Tri Cities and my interest in Qigong and TCM is resurfacing so I’ve been to her Qigong classes and I recently went in for a couple acupuncture sessions for a chronic neck and shoulder tension that I can’t seem to work out. It’s hard to describe how an acupuncture session feels and each one will likely feel different so I can just describe feeling more relaxed, almost like floating. My neck is feeling a lot better and I hope to find more relief as I continue treatment.
