It’s wild to look back on how far we’ve come — three different locations, countless setups, and so many memories built between every barbell and chalk cloud.
Flashback Friday has us remembering those early days — the long nights, the paint fumes, the first pull-ups and PRs — turning empty spaces into a home for hard work.

Big shoutout to Mad May, who’s heading to Portland, Oregon for her first-ever Olympic Weightlifting competition!
Madora’s no stranger to the platform — she’s a seasoned powerlifting competitor, dedicated CrossFitter, and a regular standout at our One Ton Challenge events.
Lately, she’s been putting in serious work refining her Olympic lifts with Coach and — and now it’s time to see it pay off.
