Start your yoga journey with confidence. This welcoming beginner class introduces foundational poses, gentle flow sequences, and simple breathing techniques that build strength, flexibility, and relaxation.
This is a hybrid class so if you don't live in the Tri-Cities, you can still join in. The Zoom link will be sent at the beginning of the month.
